Simulatore di "emergenze"... nelle nostre mani abbiamo pompieri, ambulanze e quant'altro. Un vero peccato l'assenza del Platino:

Trofei d'Oro:

1. Advanced Certification Medal - Awarded for reaching high experience level (any team member).

Trofei d'Argento:

1. Community Policing Medal - Awarded for gaining 100 reputation points in one duty.
2. Medal of Honor - Awarded for finishing the campaign.

Trofei di Bronzo:

1. Exemplary Fire Service Medal - Awarded for resolving 50 fire or technical cases.
2. Exemplary Medical Service Medal - Awarded for saving 50 people by driving them to hospital.
3. Field Training Officer Medal - Awarded after finishing the training.
4. Lifesaving Medal - Awarded for saving life by giving proper first aid instructions.
5. Medal of Meritorious Service - Awarded for a long service (30 duties).
6. Medal of Valor - Awarded for finishing 3 duties in a row without any death or major mistakes(more than -3 reputation).
7. Order of Smile - Awarded for a sense of humor ;)
8. Purple Heart - Awarded to those wounded or killed while serving.
9. Sacrifice Medal - Awarded for resolving a case despite death of your team member.
10. Safe Driving Medal - Awarded for keeping the roads safe (Resolve 50 driving reports).
11. Tactical Squad Service Medal - Awarded for special tactical skills (gather 3 police teams before shooting starts).
